Investigation, Analysis and Review

Independent Board Reviews
Following the reversal in world markets in 2008, a number of reviews were held by UK regulatory bodies into the subject of corporate governance and specifically the area of Board competence and capability. As a result, all major UK companies now offer information in their Annual Report on how they address this subject.
