Abbeywell Associates Limited was established in 2002 to offer analysis and support to companies undergoing change.
Originally projects were focused on executive review, but at the request of clients, this activity expanded into organisational structure and Board analysis, executive coaching and on-boarding, review of reward structures and addressing issues of Corporate Governance.
Clients have varied from FTSE 100 (HSBC, ENRC) through Fortune 500 (the Goodrich Corporation, Jacobs Inc) to Private Equity and Venture Capital funded businesses (Red Bee Media, Vectra Group, VP Security) and projects have been local to the UK as well as across Europe, Russia, Kazakhstan, USA, the Middle East, West and South Africa and India.
