Abbeywell Associates Limited, based in the City of London, was established in 2002 to offer support to companies and their senior teams facing significant organisational change.
Originally, many projects were focused on organisational restructure and executive coaching, but at the request of clients, these activities expanded into director development, performance review and Independent Board Review in accordance with FRC guidelines.
Clients are drawn from FTSE 250 and Fortune 500 companies as well as Private Equity and Venture Capital investors. Projects have been local to UK as well as across Europe, USA, the Middle East, West Africa and India.
The Company's Managing Consultant, Ian Donald, is the former Group HR Director of ABB in the UK and was a member of the Group's Global HR Council advising on the design and implementation of international initiatives.
Mr Donald also served as the first Group HR Director of the FTSE 100 metals and mining group Eurasian Natural Resources Corporation (ENRC plc) with responsibility for establishing the Group HQ team in London, recruiting the Chairman and members of the Board and providing organisational support through and beyond its IPO.
